1. When should we get started?
We recommend that you book your caterer soon after you have locked in your venue.
Ashyana is a premier catering service. We undertake a select few events and depending on the availability we usually get sold out in summer months.
Even if you don’t have your venue locked in, we can help you find a perfect venue for you.
2. How do I get in touch with you?
Best way to is call us or send a gentle note introducing yourself. At that time we will schedule a consultation with you.
We will work with you from the start and guide you in all aspects of catering such as menu design, place setting, presentation, and other logistics.
4. How much does it cost?
Cost of an event, or a catering usually depend on menu selection, level of presentation of food, and other design and logistical services requested. Please email for a personalized quote.
5. What type of staffing and equipment do you have?
Ashyana Catering has a team of 17 chefs and sous chefs. Each regional team has its own cooks, and kitchen help.
Front of the house staff includes event producers, and managers, full team of servers, BASSETT certified bartenders, housemen, captains, food runners, and handlers, and a team of support staff.
All of our staff is certified in health and sanitation by State of Illinois.
Equipment:
We own and operate our own trucks. We also own premium chaffing equipment, collection of fine china, collection of silverware, glassware, bar ware, hot boxes, holding cabinets, ovens, steamers, BBQ grills, tandoors, dosa grills, juicers, and state of the art catering and display equipment.
6. Are you fully licensed and insured?
Ashyana Catering is fully licensed to cater events in City of Chicago, suburbs, and State of Illinois. We are also licensed to cater in Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Missouri, and Pennsylvania.
